How To:

End Registration

Stop or end registration for participants by setting a predetermined date.

1. Go to "Staff" then click on "Advanced Settings"
2. Search for "date" and then scroll down to:

• Participants-Registration Ends Date
• Participants -Registration Late End Date

1. Input dates to end registrations.
2. Participant registration will not be shown after those dates.

Promotion Linking

Promotion Linking allows fairs to connect themselves without needing to go through support at Illuminating Software. It puts the power in the hands of each Fair's Admin Users.

Setting Up a Link

1. Navigate to Staff -> Promote / Advance Projects
2. Click the Find Fair to Advance to button
3. Select a zFair to request a link to from the drop-down list

• It will search if you begin typing in this same field

1. Below the dropdown list of zFairs to link with you will see a list of your current link requests and existing links
2. 
3. On the Requests to Approve sub-tab you can also approve any requests that have been made to promote to your fair
4.
